My research

At the 22nd EAWOP Congress in Prague, Czech Republic, I presented Trust or fairness? How explanations shape applicant reactions to human, hybrid, and AI selection, co-authored with Prof Yves Guillaume and Prof Lilian Otaye-Ebede. This paper examined how explanations influence applicant reactions to AI selection, with a focus on trust and fairness. The presentation was awarded the 2025 Best Oral Presentation Award.
