PhD in Business Management specialising in Human-AI interaction, with a strong background in mixed-methods research, data analysis, teaching, and evidence-based insight generation. Experienced across research, education, business operations, finance, technology, logistics, online retail, and AI data annotation. I work with tools including IBM SPSS, R, Python, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, Excel, Tableau, SurveyMonkey, and Qualtrics, and I am always keen to learn new tools and approaches.
